Research Interests:  

  

Willem's clinical psychology research focuses on approach and avoidance behaviours and their implications for psychopathology. His research will investigate the neural correlates of behaviour to better understand their reflection in psychological disorders. Previous studies have explored individual differences in hippocampal morphology and function, particularly how these factors relate to the experience of memory in the context of a psychopathology behavioural study.
