Research Interests:
Jacob is applying tools of computational psychiatry to the study of dimensional psychopathology and suicidality. In his research, he validates novel decision-making and cognitive control paradigms in community samples to investigate neurocognitive mechanisms of suicide risk and planful versus impulsive suicide attempt.
