Biography:

Lindsay Ayearst, PhD is the Principal Scientific Advisor at Multi-Health Systems Inc.. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Allison University, completed her Masters & doctoral work at York University in social and personality psychology, and postdoctoral fellowships in personality and psychopathology at both York University and the University of Toronto. She did a psychology Internship at Fenbrook Medium Security Penitentiary where she conducted risk assessments for Inuit Sexual Offenders and was a group therapist for the TUPIQ program. She has worked clinically with both female and male violent offenders on parole and living in the community as well as with community patients. She has numerous peer-reviewed papers and is co-author of a book chapter: Evaluating the Psychometric Properties of Psychological Measures in the Handbook of Assessment and Treatment Planning for Psychological Disorders, 2nd Edition. Dr. Ayearst is an Associate Editor of Developmental Neuropsychology and serves on the editorial board of Psychological Assessment, Journal of Personality Assessment, Assessment, and Journal of Attention Disorders.
